Ingredients

bunch green onion (green parts only)
- 1
bunch garlic chives
- 1
bunch cilantro
- 3
jalapeños
- 4
cloves of garlic
- 1/4 c
oil
- 1 c
greek yogurt
- 1 tsp
salt
- 2 lb
chicken thighs
Directions
- Blend everything together into a smooth paste.
- Coat your chicken completely in the marinade and let sit over night.
- Make sure you have you grill very hot, you can test by hovering your hand over the grill (please don’t touch the grill, be 6 inches above it) you shouldn’t be able to hold your hand over the grill for longer than 1 second.
- When grilling your chicken thighs make sure the grill is very hot, you want to hear that sizzle when you place it on the grill, and cook your chicken 3 min on each side, depending on the thickness of the chicken.1/2 in - 3 minutes on each side3/4 in - 5 minutes on each side1 in - 7 minutes on each side
- Let your chicken rest for half of the time that it took to cook. And enjoy!!!
