Ingredients

  • 4 oz

    broccolini

  • 1

    shallot

  • 3

    cloves garlic

  • 1

    jalapeno

  • 2 oz

    parsley

  • 2 oz

    cilantro

  • 1/2 tbsp

    True Lime

  • 2 tbsp

    capers

  • 2 tbsp

    caper juice

  • 1 tbsp

    red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp

    black pepper

Directions

  1. Get a grill (or cast iron skillet) super hot. You should see it smoking.
  2. Once you see the smoke, place your broccolini down for 1 min. It will char. Then flip to the other side and cook for 1 more min. Once you have received the desired level of delicious chariness remove from heat and set aside.
  3. In a food processor add all the ingredients except for salt and oil.
  4. Blend everything together then slowly drizzle in the oil.
  5. Once finished season with salt to taste.
