Ingredients
- 4 oz
broccolini
- 1
shallot
- 3
cloves garlic
- 1
jalapeno
- 2 oz
parsley
- 2 oz
cilantro
- 1/2 tbsp
- 2 tbsp
capers
- 2 tbsp
caper juice
- 1 tbsp
red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp
black pepper
Directions
- Get a grill (or cast iron skillet) super hot. You should see it smoking.
- Once you see the smoke, place your broccolini down for 1 min. It will char. Then flip to the other side and cook for 1 more min. Once you have received the desired level of delicious chariness remove from heat and set aside.
- In a food processor add all the ingredients except for salt and oil.
- Blend everything together then slowly drizzle in the oil.
- Once finished season with salt to taste.
