Crispy Lemon Crab Triangles With Creamy Lemon Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1
(6-oz) can crab meat, drained
- 1/2 c
ricotta cheese
- 32
won ton wrappers
- 1
egg, beaten
- 4 oz
cream cheese (for the dipping sauce)
- 1/4 c
butter (for the dipping sauce)
- 1/4 c
Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c
milk
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 15x10- inch pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine crab meat, ricotta cheese, and True Lemon.
- Brush the won ton wrappers with beaten egg.
- Place a rounded 1/2 teaspoon of crab filling in the centers, then fold won ton wrappers diagonally to form triangles. Place triangles on prepared pan. Spray each with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, or until triangles are golden brown. Remove from oven and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, soften cream cheese and butter. Add Parmesan cheese, True Lemon, and milk. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth.
- To serve, place dipping sauce in a 1 cup serving bowl. Place bowl in center of serving plate. Surround bowl with crab triangles. Serve immediately.

Makes 32 crab triangles and 1 cup of dipping sauce.
