Cucumbers in True Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 c

  sour cream

• 1/2 c

  buttermilk

• 1/2 tsp

  kosher salt

• Black pepper

  packets True Lemon

  dried chives

  cucumbers (English is best), sliced thin

• Fresh mint leaves, as garnish (optional)

  
  

Directions

1. Whisk all ingredients together except cucumber and mint.
2. Place cucumbers in 9 x 12 inch dish, and pour cream sauce over cucumbers.
3. Chill for 1 hour, or until serving. Garnish with fresh mint, if desired.
