This recipe provides healthy fats, protein, fiber from fruit and vegetables, as well as seeds and nuts and antioxidants. We then power it up even more with True Lemon Energy Tropical Punch which provides 40mg of caffeine from green tea and 100% Vitamin C. If we drink this in the morning, it will keep us energized and really full for a good chunk of the day.

Smoothie with spinach, almond milk, True Lemon Energy, walnuts, chia seeds and blueberries

Ingredients

  • 1 c

    Almond milk, or milk of your choice

  • 3/4 c

    Plain non-fat yogurt

  • 1 c

    Blueberries

  • 1 1/2 c

    Spinach

  • 1 1/2 c

    Kale

  • 2 tbsp

    Chia and flax seed mix (hemp and pumpkin seeds are also great)

  • 2 tbsp

    Walnuts

  • 1

    True Lemon Energy Tropical Punch (any True Lemon Energy product will work)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Enjoy!
