Packed with flavor, this True Lemon herb hummus comes together in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4

    garlic cloves

  • 2 tsp

    (plus 1 tsp) olive oil

  • 1

    (15-ounce) can chickpeas (drain and save 1/4 cup liquid)


  • 1/4 c

    tahini or peanut butter

  • 1 tsp

    (4 packets) of True Lemon

  • 3 tsp

    ground cumin


  • 1 tsp

    fresh parsley


  • 1/2 tsp

    salt

  • 1/2 tsp

    paprika

Directions

  1. Crush garlic and saute in 1 teaspoon olive oil until translucent.
  2. Transfer to food processor and blend with olive oil, chickpeas, liquid, tahini, True Lemon, cumin and parsley.
  3. Season with salt. Pour into bowl and top with paprika.

Recipe Notes

Enjoy as a filling snack with baked pita chips or fresh veggies.
