This uniquely flavorful and refreshing smoothie recipe yields 3 servings.

Lemon Orange Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1

    packet True Lemon Original Lemonade

  • 1/2 c

    frozen orange juice concentrate

  • 6 oz

    (1 container) orange Greek yogurt (vanilla is great too!)

  • 1 c

    fresh baby spinach leaves

  • 1

    small handful of strawberries (about 5-6)

  • 1

    large apple (or 2 small apples), diced

  • 1 1/2

    diced mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 5 c

    crushed ice

  • 5

    sprigs fresh mint

  • 2

    Medjool dates

Directions

  1. In a blender, add True Lemonade, and remaining ingredients - while setting aside 3 strawberries, and 3 mint sprigs as garnish.
  2. Blend until smooth, then pour into 3 serving glasses.
  3. Garnish each glass with a strawberry and mint garnish. Serve immediately.
