Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed

red onions sliced

cloves garlic chopped fine
- 2 c
frozen or fresh cleaned methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
- 1 tsp
turmeric powder
- 3/4 tbsp
red chili powder
- 1 tbsp
cumin-coriander powder
- 4
packets of True Lemon
- 1 tbsp
oil
salt to taste
Directions
- Add chopped garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook for a few minutes until light sear.
