Chargrilled oysters are so delicious and something that you always see when visiting New Orleans. The compound butter is what makes this amazing, you need it have Salt, Fat, Acid and Heat to make it a complete dish. Adding in the True Citrus Lemon instead of squeezing a lemon gives me the citrus without the liquid. So my butter doesn't get diluted.
