True Citrus Tea with Hibiscus & Goji Berries

Whether or not Goji berries are as miraculous for health as some claim, their nut-like taste gives an interesting flavor to this exotic iced tea.

Refreshing True Citrus Tea with Hibiscus and Goji Berries

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp

    goji berries

  • 2 tbsp

    dried hibiscus flowers

  • 1 tbsp

    agave nectar

  • 1

    cinnamon stick

  • 1 qt

    boiling water

  • Fruit (such as strawberries or melon), or fresh mint (as garnish)


Directions

  1. Combine goji berries, hibiscus flowers, agave nectar, cinnamon stick, and contents of True Lemon and True Orange packets in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over. Let steep for at least 30 minutes. Whisk, then strain into a pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with fruit slices or fresh mint.
