    fresh blueberries

    banana, sliced

    scoop of protein powder

  • 3/4 c

    plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 c

    oatmeal

  • 1 tbsp

    ground flax

  • 3 tbsp

    honey

  • 1 c

    almond milk

  • 2

    packets of True Lemon

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquefied, adjust consistency with milk or ice.
