True Lemon Confetti Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1/2

  head red cabbage, very thinly shredded or sliced

• 1

  red, yellow or orange bell pepper, very thinly sliced

• 2

  medium carrots, shredded

• 1/4 c

  mayonnaise

• 1/4 c

  milk

• 3

  packets True Lemon

• 3 tsp

  sugar

Directions

1. Toss vegetables together in a large bowl.
2. Whisk milk and mayonnaise together until smooth.
3. Sprinkle in True Lemon and sweetener and stir thoroughly.
4. Add dressing to salad and toss gently until well mixed.
