This is a great egg spread on top of toast, or served as a dip with crackers. It tastes even better after being refrigerated overnight.

Ingredients
- 6
hard-boiled eggs, quartered
- 1/3 c
mayonnaise
- 1 tsp
balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp
Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp
salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of hot sauce
Fresh chopped chives, as garnish (optional)
Directions
- Place eggs into a large bowl, and mash together with a fork.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Add dressing mixture to eggs, and mix to combine.
- Serve on top of toast, or with gluten-free crackers. Garnish with fresh chives.
Recipe Notes
To make the perfect hard-boiled eggs, place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Cover pot with lid, and bring water to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, turn off the heat, and set a timer for 10-minutes. Let the eggs sit during that time, then remove eggs from the pot and place into a bowl of ice water. The ice water will shock the eggs and make them easier to peel!
