A healthy alternative to traditional baked beans, this dish is as nutritious as it is delicious! You skip the sugar contained in most baked bean recipes, while getting a hearty dose of protein.

Ingredients
- 16 oz
(1) can of cannelli beans, drained and rinsed
- 1
tomato, diced
- 2
cloves crushed garlic
- 2
packets True Lemon
- 2 tbsp
dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- 1/2 c
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Pour everything into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, and serve hot.
