These melt-in-your-mouth pork chops are coated with True Lemon Pepper and baked in butter, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce. It's the perfectly delectable weeknight meal!

Ingredients

pork chops, bone-in
- 1 tbsp
True Lemon Pepper spice blend
- 4 tbsp
butter
- 4 tbsp
olive oil
- 4 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
Dried rosemary, as garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Tear off a generous square of tin foil for each chop, enough to wrap and seal completely. Coat both sides of each chop with True Lemon Pepper spice blend. Brush with olive oil.
- Put the peppered chops in the middle of each square of tin foil. Top each chop with 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Wrap each chop tightly and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 35 minutes.
- Unwrap each chop, and let cool slightly. Sprinkle with rosemary as garnish, for serving.
