A deliciously light treat flavored with True Lemon and mixed with simple, satisfying ingredients to make the perfect pie.

Ingredients
- 2
eggs, separated
- 3/4 c
sugar
- 1/4 c
melted butter
- 1/4 c
all-purpose flour (all-purpose gluten-free flour, if desired)
- 1 c
milk
- 1/8 tsp
salt
- 1
9-inch pie crust, or tart crust, unbaked (gluten-free, if desired)
Directions
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and melted butter.
- Next, blend in True Lemon juice, milk, and egg yolks.
- Gently fold egg whites into the mixture.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake the pie for about 40 minutes, then let cool 10 minutes before serving.
