This filling, protein-rich smoothie is fabulous for breakfast-on-the-go or as a snack between lunch and dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 c
blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c
plain Greek yogurt (organic preferred)
- 1
medium banana, sliced
- 2
packets of True Lemon
- 1
scoop of protein powder
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For variations, use1 tablespoon flax seeds instead of protein powder, replace yogurt withalmond milk, and add other types of fruit (such as frozen strawberries, raspberries, mangoes).
