True Lime Avocado Pineapple-Mint Smoothie

True Lime Avocado Pineapple-Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2

    ripe pineapple, diced

  • 1/2

    large ripe avocado

  • 1/4 c

    fresh mint leaves

  • 1 c

    loosely packed fresh spinach leaves

  • 2

    packets of True Lime

  • 1 c

    fresh orange juice (or just enough to facilitate good blending)

  • 5

    ice cubes

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the pineapple* and avocado into chunks. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until creamy.
  2. Serve in a glass with a sprig or two of fresh mint and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

*When blending pineapple it is good to run the blender for a little longer to try to smooth out the fibrous parts as much as possible.
