Ingredients

  • 15 oz

    (two cans) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 3 tbsp
  • 1/3 c

    water

  • 4 tbsp

    olive oil

  • 1 tsp

    salt

  • 1/2 tsp

    cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine garbanzo beans, True Lime Garlic & Cilantro, water, oil, salt and cayenne.
  2. Cover and process until blended. Serve with warm pita bread, or sliced vegetables.

Makes 12 servings or 3 cups.
