True Living Veggie and Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2

    Persian or 1 large English cucumbers

  • Few mint leaves


  • Large handful of raw baby spinach leaves 1 avocado, peeled, and seed removed


  • 3

    large strawberries


  • 8 oz

    pineapple/coconut juice blend

  • 2

    packets of True Lemon

Directions

  1. Blend everything together, and enjoy!
