Delicious protein-packed bowl with a spicy peanut sauce that's perfectly balanced with the taste of True Lime.

Ingredients
Drizzle sauce over bowl.
3-6 ounces of cooked chicken
1-2 cups mixed spiralized zucchini and quinoa
- 1 c
Purple cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 c
onions, sliced
- 8 oz
mushrooms, sliced
Parsley, to taste
sprouts, to taste
- 1/2 c
butternut squash, cubed
For The Sauce
- 4 tbsp
reduced fat peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 3 tsp
soy sauce
- 1
packet True Lime
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp
water
Directions
- Sauce
- Mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, True Lime and red pepper flakes.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Stir or whisk with fork and add water to desired consistency.
- Average Base (Customize to Your Liking)
- Zucchini, quinoa, onions, purple cabbage, mushrooms, sprouts and butternut squash.
- Add sliced chicken on top.
- Sprinkle on parsley.
- Drizzle sauce over bowl.
