Delicious protein-packed bowl with a spicy peanut sauce that's perfectly balanced with the taste of True Lime.

True Lime Bowl with Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • Drizzle sauce over bowl.


  • 3-6 ounces of cooked chicken


  • 1-2 cups mixed spiralized zucchini and quinoa


  • 1 c

    Purple cabbage, sliced

  • 1/4 c

    onions, sliced

  • 8 oz

    mushrooms, sliced

  • Parsley, to taste


  • sprouts, to taste


  • 1/2 c

    butternut squash, cubed

  • For The Sauce


  • 4 tbsp

    reduced fat peanut butter (creamy or chunky)


  • 3 tsp

    soy sauce

  • 1

    packet True Lime

  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes


  • 4 tbsp

    water

Directions

  1. Sauce
  2. Mix together peanut butter, soy sauce, True Lime and red pepper flakes.
  3. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir or whisk with fork and add water to desired consistency.
  5. Average Base (Customize to Your Liking)
  6. Zucchini, quinoa, onions, purple cabbage, mushrooms, sprouts and butternut squash.
  7. Add sliced chicken on top.
  8. Sprinkle on parsley.
  9. Drizzle sauce over bowl.
